Can I use your advisor marketing system without your content?
Yes, a standalone email newsletter product is available for those who do not want Advisor Products content on their website.
Do I have a choice of hosting and content subscriptions?
You can buy our website content management system with no content.
You can also buy a standalone email newsletter with no website.
But the most effective way to use our content is to have it on your webiste and we price that to be the best value.

How is your advisor website development process different?
We have a DIY website process available for those who wish to save money and easily create their own website. Each DIY website can come with the complete marketing system ready to be activated.
Who will build my website?
There are two options available. You can build your website yourself using our DIY tool, or one of our marketing consultants can build it for you. Five hours of building from our consultants is an additional $1,000, and should cover the entire build process for a typical website. If additional work is needed, you may need to pay an additional $100 an hour for the work.

Can I replicate my website onto Advisor Products' platform?
Yes. We can replicate your website exactly, or you can pick a template that is similar to your existing website and transfer the content over.
What kind of financial tools do Advisor Products' websites come with?
Calculators, live stock quotes, quarterly market summaries, helpful links, news articles, videos, and special reports.
How much control over my site will I have?
You have complete control over your website. Edit the content on your site on the go, using the mobile-friendly control panel.
Do you have any compliance tools available?
Yes, we have a compliance engine installed on each site, which allows a compliance officer to be notified of any on-going changes you make to your website. And if needed, the compliance rep will have to approve a change before it's seen on the live web. Also, all of our articles and videos are FINRA-approved.
Will my website look great on a tablet or mobile phone?
Yes, all of our websites are mobile and tablet friendly, for all browsers.
What will it entail to add the AdvisorVault into my website?
When you are ready to implement the AdvisorVault, it will cost $500 to set up and connect to your website.

What is AdvisorVault?
With AdvisorVault 3.0, you can securely post documents and files of any type in a private folder for each client on your website. It is easy to use and offers extraordinary security. Files are encrypted while uploaded, downloaded and stored using 256-bit—a feature not available from most other online vaults. The system is protected by multiple firewalls. AdvisorVault 3.0 allows each client to create his own folders and passwords, and clients can also upload documents to their private folders. E-mail notifications are sent to you and the client whenever new files are posted. AdvisorVault 3.0 supports collaboration with additional professionals, such as attorneys and tax professionals and can be used for secure storage of portfolio reporting data from the most popular desktop portfolio management applications.
What does the client portal do for me?
How is AdvisorVault different from other client portals and document storage systems?
AdvisorVault Client Portal is a dedicated client portal. While portfolio management software, financial planning and CRM software companies offer "client portals," they are not client communication companies. They don't have 20 years of experience in creating FINRA-reviewed content, educating clients, and website design. Plus, if you change your financial planning, portfolio or CRM software you will lose your client portal and clients will have to learn a new system.

How does the email newsletter work?
Choose up to 5 articles from our database of news pieces. Write a custom introduction and add a disclaimer if desired. Select the list(s) of contacts you'd like to receive the newsletter, and click "send." Each article in the email will link back to your own website, where the articles live.
What is the Weekly Update?
Each Friday afternoon and Weekly Update email is automatically sent to your clients and prospects. Each email contains a summary of the markets that week, and three news articles. Two of these articles will link back to your website, and a third is hand-picked by Advisor Products from an outside source.
How do I add a weekly email newsletter to my site?
The Weekly Update can be added as a standalone product, and it comes as a part of the complete advisor marketing system.
How do I create and send an e-newsletter with my own content as well as Advisor Products content?
Each email newsletter has a space for an introduction from you, which is where you can add in your own content or write a personal message.
How do I create and send an e-newsletter with my own content?
A blank email is available that is designed specifically for an advisor to add in only his or her own content.

How does the video library work?
An online app that makes it easy for any advisor to provide FINRA-reviewed videos personalized with their voice and branding.
The 15 timely videos we've added to the Advisor Video Library feature graphics and scripts created by Advisor Products. You record a voiceover using our proprietary app. It's automatically embedded in the video, along with your logo, contact information and a map of your local area.
What if I don’t want to do narrations?
You can use the sample video's audio if you'd like. The script and video is the same, it's just somebody else's voice.
How do I integrate a new video weekly into e-newsletter and social network campaigns?
The app can automatically send the video out in an email newsletter, and post it to your YouTube account for sharing on social media.
How do I measure results?
Because the email newsletters containing your video are sent out through Constant Contact, you can login to your Constant Contact account to view data on your emails. These KPIs include open rates, click through rates, and more.
